Whether becoming parents for the first time, or adding a new little member to the family, life with a new baby brings monumental change. Many new moms, dads and families benefit greatly from support dealing with the multitude of emotions they experience and practical tips to navigate the unchartered territory in which they now find themselves .
From birth trauma through the realization of the magnitude of responsibility that comes from caring for a little one, feelings of isolation, anxiety, lack of confidence and fear of making mistakes can overwhelm even the most competent person.
